Adidas Terrex

Terrex is adidas’s athletic brand built for mastery of the outdoors. More than four decades ago, adidas introduced its Super Trekking shoe, the world’s first lightweight hiking shoe. Reinhold Messner wore this shoe for his famous first-ever Everest ascent without an oxygen tank in 1978. Adidas now continues that tradition under its Terrex brand, which specializes, in hiking, trekking, and trail running shoes. Terrex shoes use cutting-edge materials science to provide water resistance, advanced cushioning, superior breathability, and extreme traction, making these shoes great in any weather, rain or shine. The brand proudly strives for sustainability and builds many of its shoes from recycled materials. Terrex’s speed-lacing system allows for a convenient snug fit, and soft rubber outsoles allow for sensitivity on uneven ground.
